Social Assembly is a community of talent managers created as a solution for talent seeking more personal support and meaningful representation. Founded in 2020, all representatives in the collective have prior experience at top management companies and/or agencies and have since launched their own progressive careers.
Our goal is to remove the internal competitive nature of corporate management companies that are driven solely by high quotas and less personal representation with talent so we can properly achieve our talent’s career goals, as well as each other’s. Our group of representatives share collaborative values, brand/agency relationships, important resources, and vital information to help further the professional careers of all participants and their talent.
Without the constraints of major corporations, Social Assembly is able to stay agile in an ever-changing environment and evolve with industry trends while creating extraordinary opportunities for our talent.
